Goofball

This is NOT my dog.
This is Tilu, he's a rescued Papillon dog from a puppy mill - he is 8 years old.
I came across this dog in my neighbourhood as it was outside enjoying the sun and the nice weather.
The owner came out, noticing I was taking pictures of his dog and told me the life story about his precious rescued dog.
Tilu has been with his wonderful owner for about 2 years now.
He is rather shy, at first... but after a while he warms up to you.
