Homemade Québécois (French-Canadian) Style Pea Soup.
As it is around the time for sucrerie/cabanes à sucres (sugaring off), I thought it'd be fitting to make some yellow split pea soup.
It is hearty and most importantly, warms you right up when it is cold out.
Now, I am sure some of you are wondering what sugaring off is...
