Lately I have been getting more and more into microgreens (aka sprouts).
These red clover sprouts are from a tablespoonful of seeds.
This is after being removed from our sprouting jar; they're quite plentiful!
They are super easy to grow/sprout... as well, super tasty and healthy to put in salads and sandwiches.
