Squeaky

There is this new kitten in my neighborhood. I decided to name it "Squeaky" as it meows quite frequently when on top of my neighbor's shed as seen in this picture.
And its voice is very cute and small... and sounds like squeaking.
Though my mother and I have come to discover, that it is probably a kitten from a cat who is bully and has been known to terrorize our own cats.
It is unsure whether the mother (the bully ) and the kitten are strays or house cats. As both of them are seen outdoors quite often but seem well groomed and well feed.
