This is Tilu, he's a rescued Papillon dog from a puppy mill - he is well over 10 years old. He is a cute old man now. 
Tilu has been with his wonderful owner for over 5 or so years now.
He is rather shy, at first... but after a while he warms up to you. He has grown used to me passing by his home over the past couple of years.
He gets excited every time he sees me.
